About Us

Avitecture© is who we are and what we do. One word, Avitecture, says it all: audiovisual, video, integration, technology, electronics, collaboration, teleconferencing, unified communications, responsiveness, excellence.

We are an employee-owned company, founded in 1979 as AVWashington, of about one hundred engineers, programmers, installation technicians, project managers, service and support team, sales consultants, and administrative personnel.

Strong, stable, focused and growing, we design, build, install, and support integrated systems for facilities. By making audiovisual, videoconferencing, lighting and window treatments, digital signage work together, we deliver systems that enable our clients to communicate, to share information, to lower energy costs, and to improve their organization's productivity.

Our clients include the United States Government, Fortune 500 Companies, universities, museums, houses of worship, and associations, which are among the thousands of entities and enterprises we've served. Their conference rooms, operation centers, classrooms, briefing and display systems, auditoriums, and exhibits have Avitecture systems.

Management Team
