Relying on manufacturers’ service alone can be both costly and time-consuming. Our factory-trained support team can maintain and repair your AV system for you. We offer everything from 24x7 emergency response to preventative maintenance, and our service plans are tailored to meet a range of needs. An Avitecture continuing performance plan is a sound investment.

All Avitecture presentation systems and audiovisual environments include our peerless First-Year Support Plan. Beyond manufacturers’ warranties, Avitecture provides a wealth of extended benefits to all clients at no charge for one full year:

  • Enhances manufacturers’ warranties for a full year
  • Prompt on-site service and training
  • Response within eight business hours or less
  • Reinstallation and alignment of repaired equipment
  • Two preventive maintenance visits a year
  • All parts and labor for equipment breakdowns (some exceptions apply)

Platinum Continuing Performance Plan

Clients can choose to upgrade their First-Year Support or Gold Performance Plan to receive these benefits:

  • Protection of the system above and beyond the manufacturers’ warranties
  • Prompt on-site service, unlimited telephone support, and training
  • 24-hour response, seven days a week
  • Assured rapid response within four hours or less during Avitecture’s normal business hours.
  • Reinstallation and alignment of repaired equipment
  • Four preventive maintenance visits a year
  • All parts and labor for equipment breakdowns (some exceptions apply)

Gold Continuing Performance Plan

Clients opting for this comprehensive coverage essentially extend our First-Year Support Plan beyond year one and receive these benefits:

  • Prompt on-site service and training
  • Response within eight business hours or less
  • Reinstallation and alignment of repaired equipment
  • Three preventive maintenance visits a year
  • All parts and labor for equipment breakdowns (some exceptions apply)

Clients who want less comprehensive coverage may choose our Silver Preventive Maintenance Plan, which includes:

  • Three preventive maintenance visits a year
  • Two emergency service calls (Response within eight business hours or less)
  • Response within 16 business hours or less
  • Reduced cost for labor and parts

Service Management

Rental

Many Avitecture clients take advantage of our state-of-the-art facility, by renting our small-group meeting rooms or our multimedia center, a fully functioning conference room equipped with videoconferencing systems, ultra high-resolution projectors, front and rear-screen projection, Dolby Surround sound, and advanced remote control touch panels. We also rent a variety of projectors, gas plasma displays, interactive white boards, and other components by the day, week, month, or longer.
